PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME:

- Processing time before shipment: 2-5 Business Days depending on the number of items ordered

- Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 Business Days

 

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please check if the email address you left us is correct or check your spam.

Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING:

It normally takes 2-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, usually, we will indicate it in the variant option.

If items are prepared within 24 hours of your order, then we can ship them in one day.

SHIPPING:

Shipment takes approximately 7 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

DELIVERY:

If you want to track your order, please click Track Order and enter your tracking number for tracking details.

SHIPPING DELAYS:

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
